In certain circumstances, the transfer of the facility to the purchaser at the end of the contract (10.4) against payment of the amount covered at point 10.4.2 may also result from the parties` previous conduct. For example, a teenager offers to walk a neighbor`s dog and is rewarded with two movie cards. On three other occasions, the teenager comes to walk the dog and receives two movie cards. But on the last occasion, the neighbor does not produce the cinema cards. The teen has a case of the neighbour having established an unspoken contract by regularly producing movie tickets in exchange for dog walking services. That`s a reasonable assumption. An example could be the fact that a contract provides for sickness benefits without specifying how long it is paid. It is assumed that it should not be paid forever. You and your employer are bound by the employment contract until it expires (usually by redundancy) or until the terms are changed (usually in an agreement between you and your employer). In a dispute, the Tribunal must first decide whether the agreement is a contract or not. In order for an agreement to be considered a valid contract, one party must make an offer and the other party must accept it. There must be a good deal for the exchange of promises, which means that something valuable must be given in exchange for a promise (called “reflection”).
